Mindset & Discipline

Every student is assessed by the masters upon arrival and placed into a group that matches their level. Training focuses on real skills, not performance: strong foundations, correct technique, internal power, conditioning, and traditional forms.

You will follow a structured program combining:

– Kung Fu basics: stances, kicks, punches, coordination, footwork
– Traditional taolu (forms) from authentic Shaolin lineage
– Qigong for strength, flexibility, and internal health
– Meditation for focus and calmness
– Shaolin conditioning for endurance, mobility, and resilience
– Combat applications and technique precision

Training lasts 5 to 6 hours a day (in two or three blocks), Monday to Friday. Over time, you progress through traditional Shaolin forms, qigong systems, and weapon routines — always at a pace suited to your ability and length of stay.

Our priority is simple:
you leave with real skill, not just a list of techniques.
