Our location:
A retreat resort in the sacred Shaolin region.
To offer you the deepest possible experience, we have chosen a location that is itself part of the teaching: a peaceful and comfortable resort located directly in the Shaolin region. This is not just any hotel — it becomes our haven for the duration of the retreat.
Here, in the mountains surrounding the Shaolin Temple, we train in rooms reserved exclusively for our groups, meditate on terraces overlooking forested hills, and rest in rooms designed to offer silence and deep relaxation.
The location of the resort also allows us to easily integrate excursions to historic sites such as the Shaolin Temple itself, the Pagoda Forest, the Longmen Grottoes, and the White Horse Temple. (Further details about these sites can be found below.)
During our time at the resort, an extensive training program is offered:
Qigong
Shaolin Zhoutian Qigong (Li Nian Yi)
Liang Yi Hun Yuan Gong (Prof. Sun)
Ancient Chinese Wisdom & Meditation
Classical Chinese Philosophy (Prof. Wang)
Insight Calligraphy (Shufa) (Prof. Wang)
Guided Meditation and Mindfulness Instruction (Prof. Wang)
✅ Exclusive Location: All activities take place within one retreat resort in the Shaolin region
✅ Optimal Infrastructure: Private training rooms, meditation terraces, accommodation, and meals — all in one place
